WHEN?
In 2012. The format for this Workshop will be that it takes place over seven weekends. Each weekend starts on a Friday – arrival time from 4pm – until Sunday after lunch – departure time 2pm. The dates for the weekends are

Please note that it is very important for applicants to be able to commit to all of the weekends.

The Workshop will take place at the St Denys Retreat Centre, Ivy House, 3 Church Street, Warminster, Wiltshire BA12 8PG

(Please note that all correspondence about the Workshop is through the Llysfasi team and not Ivy House.)
We have the sole use of the house and attractive grounds for the duration of each weekend. The centre has its own chapel and a number of meeting rooms. We will create a ‘play’ space with art materials and a prayer room. Each participant will have their own room and although not many are en-suite, there are many bathrooms available.
COST?
The total cost is £1036 per person, which is inclusive of accommodation, resources and team fees. This breaks down to £148 per person per weekend.
Early bookings are encouraged as places for the Workshop are limited to 18.
A non-returnable deposit of £50 is required with each application. The balance may be paid in full when participants have been accepted, by instalments prior to the Workshop or at the latest by December 20th 2011.
In cases of real need, there are a few bursaries available.
We also suggest that where appropriate, applicants explore potential funding from whatever church, group or employer may be in support of this formation.
