Llysfasi Spirituality Workshop has gone through many creative changes over the past twenty-five years. We continually seek to offer a fresh approach to the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius. We hear from past participants that there is something in our way of working which meets a particular need in individuals who are seeking to explore and expand the journey of their own soul. Commitment to this process, demanding though it is, can open us to the mystery of what is most deeply available within us to accompany others.
